The Tray Fusion Grill wasn’t just a spur of the moment idea that manifested into a restaurant. It was from one Chef’s dedication and passion towards cooking that led the way to her inspired infusion restaurant. Having to immigrate from Vietnam to the United States, she always found something that always comforted her in a foreign country was cooking. Cooking has always been a part of her life, she was able to taste a certain dish, and bring it to life through her cooking skill sets. She was able to capture the dish’s essence, preserving the authenticity from the core.
Not before long, she was met with a unique opportunity. Opening her restaurant that inspires a fusion of different cultures. She then knew it was an opportunity to expand into America, but for her life, as well.
