OUR story
The Tray Fusion Grill founded in Garden Grove is a quick-service restaurant that inspires a fusion of different culture, uses fresh ingredients, all while maintaining a great price for our customers. This is the very essence of our mission.
The Tray Fusion Grill wasn’t just a spur of the moment idea that magically manifested into a restaurant. It was from one Chef’s dedication and passion towards cooking that led the way to her inspired infusion restaurant. Having to immigrate from Vietnam to the United States, she always found something that always comforted her, even in a foreign country she did not know, it was cooking. Cooking has always been a part of her life, even as a child. Later on in life, she was met with an incredibly unique opportunity…opening her own restaurant.
